Update your app to the latest version (lower than ver. 7.0.0)

To provide a safer TimeTree experience, TimeTree will no longer support Android&iOS App ver. lower than 7.0.0 from October 4, 2021.

Users who are using app ver. lower than 7.0.0 will no longer be able to use TimeTree. For this, we ask for your understanding. Please update your app to the latest version.

Supported Version starting from October 4th, 2021

  • iOS 7.0.0 ~ the latest version

  • Android 7.0.0 ~ the latest version

    • If your app does not open after upgrading the Android, please update the latest version of the TimeTree app (8.4.1). (October 6, 2021)

    • The issue of the app not opening can also be fixed by reinstalling the application, so if you have a registered an account, please do so.

How to check your app version

  • Open the side menu

  • Tap the "Settings" ​on the upper right

  • Tap the "Support "tab

  • Tap the "version information"

If you are unable to update to the latest version, we ask you to update your OS version. Also, the web version is available through your desktop and tablet.
