From a handout straight to the calendar! "Event Scan Function" for Android
The new "Event Scan Function" automatically extracts information from various images, such as school handouts, event posters, and email screenshots, and converts the data into events in your calendar.
Important: Android OS supported version change to 10.0 or newer
To ensure the safe use of TimeTree, we will change the supported version of the Android app to OS 10.0 or newer in early November 2024.

Termination of the Amazon Alexa Integration (USA only)
As of September 30, 2024, the Amazon Alexa skill for TimeTree is terminated. The Alexa skill was available only in the United States.
Change in the date of Acceptable Use Policy for Public Calendars goes into effect (Effective from August 13th, 2024 JST)

Event scheduling and saving as a draft have been added to Public Calendars 🎉
You can now save drafts and schedule the release of events in public calendars from the web browser version! Scheduling the release of an event in advance means that there is no need to worry about missing a post. Also, by using drafts, double-cheking can be managed with ease. We hope you will take advantage of this feature.
New! Add virtual members to your calendars!
Thank you for using TimeTree! You can now add account-free “virtual members” such as children, pets, cars, etc. to your shared calendars.
Repeating events have been added to Public Calendars 🎉
In response to many of your requests, you can now create and edit Public Calendar repeating events on the Web version! This update is useful for regularly occurring sales, events, store holidays, etc.
Celebrate Birthdays with Stickers🎂🎉
Based on the feedback we received from our users, we have added a new sticker feature that allows you to decorate birthday events on the shared calendar. Please try it out!

Removal of calendar theme colors in the web version
The web calendar theme and calendar colors will be removed from settings, to adapt to the mobile app version.
Notice about the Public Calendar and Shared Calendar Linkage
Thank you for using TimeTree. Since Public Calendar events can now be viewed alongside your own events in the “All Calendars” view, the calendar linkage function will be discontinued. If you are using an older version of the application with the calendar linkage function please update to the latest version of the application.
Notice about the “Favourite” function in Public Calendars
Thank you for using TimeTree. With the introduction of the "Copy from Public Calendar" feature, we are discontinuing the "Favorite" function of Public Calendars. If you wish to continue viewing your “favorited” events on your calendar, please copy the events from the Public Calendar to your calendar.
