[Fixed] Bug: The purchase page of the paid plan "TimeTree Premium" announced some unavailable features.

We have internally reviewed our measures to prevent recurrence and revised how the information displayed on the "TimeTree Premium" purchase screen within the application is managed and operated. We will work to prevent similar problems from recurring in the future.

From about 5:35 p.m. on June 29 (JST), the Android application has listed some unavailable features on the purchase page of the paid version "TimeTree Premium". ※ If you are considering purchasing a paid version, please download the latest version and make sure of the premium features before purchasing. For those of you who purchased paid version during the time of the issue, please see the details below. ※July 4, 2022, around 2:30 pm (JST): Fixed version 9.4.3 was released.

The Android application has incorrectly announced unavailable features (PDF attachment to events and file attachment to events) on the purchase page of TimeTree Premium.

  • June 29, 2022, at around 5:35 p.m.: Unavailable features (PDF attachment to events and file attachment to events), were posted on the TimeTree Premium purchase page on the Android app.

  • July 2, 2022, 7:47 a.m.: Inquiry from a user via social media

  • July 4, 2022, 8:00 a.m.: We had worked on a fix.

  • July 4, 2022, at approximately 2:30 p.m.: Fixed version 9.4.3 was released.

For those who purchased “TimeTree Premium” on the Android app after the time, the problem occurred at around 5:35 p.m. on June 29, 2022, we will send an individual email to the email address registered in your TimeTree account. If you purchased TimeTree Premium on the Android app after the time of the problem on, June 29, 2022, at approximately 5:35 p.m. and do not set an email address on your account, please contact us using the form or at the email address below.
