[iOS: How to fix] Some events are not displayed on the calendar
We have received inquiries regarding issues that some events are not displayed on the calendar for some iOS users. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you experience the issue, please follow the steps below:
Troubleshooting the issue
Please register an account if you have not done yet
Logout from your account
Re-login to your account
Please wait a few minutes until all events are displayed and make sure not to close/lock the screen
Turn off "Auto-lock" (prevent the screen from locking automatically)
Open the Settings app
Tap "Display & Brightness"
Turn off "Auto-Lock"
