[Fixed] Trouble accessing the app September. 13 2023
On September 13, 2023 (JST), a temporary problem with accessing TimeTree has been detected. The problem has now been fixed and the service can be used without any problems.
Time of occurrence: September 13, 2023, 7:00~8:50 (JST)
Affected users: All TimeTree users (Android app, iOS app, and Web version)
Description: Creating and updating appointments as well as retrieving newly registered appointments may fail, Web version may be difficult to open.
Cause: Application misconfiguration
