If your events are not displayed after updating to iOS17

The access permissions to external calendars have changed from iOS 17. If your events are not displayed after updating to iOS 17, please check the details below.

How to

  1. Open the "Settings" app for the iPhone

  2. "TimeTree" → "Calendar" → "Full access"

  3. Open the "TimeTree" app and tap the image icon on the top left corner

  4. "All Calendar" → "Settings" on the bottom right corner → Turn on the calendar you wish to display

Contact Us

  1. Tap the image icon in the top left corner

  2. Tap the "App Settings" button on the top right corner

  3. Change the top tab to"Support"

  4. Tap "Contact Us"

  5. Select your category from the menu

  6. Type the message, attach an image if applicable, and tap "Submit"
