[Under Investigation] Advertisement plays audio on silent mode - December 1. 2025
Some Android and iOS apps are currently experiencing an issue with advertisement audio. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to those affected.
Our team is working on a long-term solution, but for now, we’d appreciate your help in using the temporary workaround to prevent the issue.
Issue details
Period: Since around summer 2025
Affected users: Some TimeTree Android and iOS apps, certain video advertisements
Specifics: On the calendar daily view, advertisement audio plays automatically even when the device is in silent mode
Temporary solutions
Update the app to the latest version
Clear the app cache
Reinstall the app
