Before switching to a new device or encountering unexpected issues, make sure your TimeTree account is set up and up to date. And don’t forget to check in with those you share your calendars with, too!

Check Your Account

☑Have you completed your account verification?

Tap the icon with four squares at the bottom right of the menu → Tap your profile icon and name at the center

☑Is your account information up to date?

  • Email address

  • Facebook ID

  • Apple ID

⚠️ Important

If your account isn’t registered, your calendar data can’t be backed up. Please note that even if you're using iOS "Quick Start" to migrate data, a TimeTree account is still required.
