Android app not opening after update

We have confirmed an issue where the Android app cannot be updated or launched on versions below 6.7.0. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Please update the application version 8.4.1 when it becomes available to you (currently being released in stages).

Details of the issue:

  • Time: October 4, 2021, from 14:00 (JST)

  • Affected Users: Users who update the app to a new version from old versions below 6.7.0

  • Description: "TimeTree Keeps Stopping" error message displayed and the application does not open
