[Apology] Trouble accessing the app Nov. 24 2021

From November 23, 2021, a temporary problem with accessing TimeTree has been detected. We are currently working on fixing the issue and expect completion in about a week. In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding.

  • Time of occurrence: November 23, 2021 - *Only for a few minutes around 12:00 noon Japan time

  • Affected users: All TimeTree users (Android app, iOS app, and Web version)

  • Description: Creating and updating appointments and retrieving newly registered appointments may fail, Web version may become difficult to open.
